Dr. Holmes is a terrific doctor. He listens and then offers his opinion. We discussed my knee replacement and I decided to only have one knee done at a time. I’m so glad I did that as I can’t imagine how you would be able to exercise and get around if you had both knees done at the same time. Also having a new knee on one side has help strengthen my other knee by doing the exercises and I don’t feel I need to have my other knee replaced anytime in the near future.

Dr. Holmes did my knee replacement in 2011. At the time both my knees were in bad shape but he did the left knee since it was giving me the worst pain. To date 2022 I still have not had a knee replacement on my right knee. I saw the X-ray for both knees Aug 3, 2022 for my annual checkup and the left knee looked real good whereas the right did not. Dr Holmes said my left knee is taking a lot of the pressure off the right knee when I’m walking. “That’s why he does not do both knees at one time,” He said. I think Dr. Holmes is the best. He is also a Christian man. Still encourages me to keep exercising. Daisy Washington

Dr Peter Holmes is a one knee at a time doctor. He replaced my knee two years ago and I have no more pain and able to do the things I use to do. Also, my leg is straight and not bowed anymore 😁...thank you Dr Holmes..

It is obvious he continues to keep the needs and well-being of the patient the ultimate priority. His competence as a surgeon and extended care of his patients is what sets him apart from so many. He orders and recommends what is needed, not necessarily what will make him the most financially while inflating medical bills that ultimately raise insurance premiums. The medical profession should boast of such a doctor as Dr. Holmes, holding to his oaths taken for patients.
